Engineers in training (EITs) are encouraged to put theory into practice at CP&Y

After you’ve passed your EIT test, your eye is on the PE exam. Passing it takes months of studying and preparation, but more importantly, it takes putting engineering theory into practice on a wide range of projects. It takes experience in the field.
