At CP&Y, our people define our culture

Our engineers and support staff come from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience. We have seasoned experts and new graduates that work together across divisions to provide our clients with a well-rounded approach and knowledge base for a wide variety of projects and challenges. Our staff has grown tremendously over the years and we are located in multiple offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Puerto Rico.   CP&Y is focused on the development and growth of all employees, with the goal of increasingly building the knowledge of all employees in all areas of our business.

Whether you wear polo shirt or button downs, our culture is one where everyone is valued and everyone adds value. CP&Y is a corporation, but it is not a term we use to describe our firm or define our culture. Instead, we focus more on development, innovation, and solutions while focusing less on the status quo, and it doesn’t hurt that we offer outstanding benefits.
