Electrical/SCADA |
CP&Y’s Electrical / SCADA Group provides the full spectrum of engineering design services for both Electrical Power Distribution and Controls as well as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Instrumentation and Controls.
One of the ways in which we pride ourself is ingenuity. Any talented engineer can design an installation. We believe that we bring an element of skill that comes from applying the right solution, not just trying to force a past solution on top of a new challenge.

Bachman Water Treatment Plant |
CP&Y’s electrical group designed the complete electrical distribution system upgrade for the oldest water treatment plant in Dallas. This project included an $18 million upgrade to the High-Service Pump Station that consisted of a total load of 15,000 hp and also included a $15 million upgrade to the Low-Service Pump Station that consisted of a total load of 5000 hp. Both of these pump stations included variable frequency drives, reduced voltage starters, new dual electrical feeders, and new integrated instrumentation and controls. |
