Construction Management
CP&Y handles all aspects of construction management for a wide spectrum of civil infrastructure projects. Our services include program development, consultant selection, design management, cost projections, scheduling, bid administration, construction review, resident project representation, inspection, and contract administration. Our team consists of hard-hitting engineers and experienced inspectors who have committed themselves to excellence in planning, design, construction management, and managing not only locally, but nationally and internationally as well.
 
North Coast Superaqueduct Interconnects AFI AAA Initiative, Puerto Rico
CP&Y was responsible for the design of the North Coast Superaqueduct Interconnects from the Superaqueduct up to, and including, the treated water storage tank sites. The design included 19,000 feet of transmission
pipeline, 15 treated water storage tanks, and 11 pump stations.
Sanitation Department Program Management, Dallas, Texas
CP&Y coordinated multiple projects at McCommas Bluff Sanitary Landfill
and the city’s three solid waste transfer stations. Construction of a new
waste cell including excavation, liner and leachate collection system,
levee and slurry wall, and relocation of a 66” wastewater line were all
included.
 
North Coast Superaqueduct (Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority),
San Juan, Puerto Rico
CP&Y designed all major elements of this $300 million privatized Design/Build/Operate water supply project, providing a 300 MG reservoir with flow control inlet structure, 100 MGD pump station, 210,000 feet of 72” PCCP treated water pipeline, and two 10 MG treated water storage tanks.
 
De-Icing Infrastructure Improvement Program, DFW International Airport
Upon evaluation of the existing de-icing/anti-icing facilities to collect,
convey, and store glycol-contaminated stormwater runoff, CP&Y provided feasible improvements to enhance/upgrade the existing infrastructure and established a De-Icing Master Plan, creating over $50 million in capital improvements.
 
Runway 17R/35R Program, DFW International Airport
CP&Y served as Program Manager and Construction Manager for this major new runway project. The project included the main runway and major and incidental connecting runways. Overall cost for this program was in excess of $300 million, with construction costs of $83 million.
