Our team performed QLB utility designation along a nine-mile section of FM 1732. Over 130,000 feet of utilities were designated at QLB and over 80,000 feet (including overhead utilities) were mapped at QLD. Field crews overcame inaccurate and incomplete communication and company record drawings. This was accomplished by a thorough investigation of all structures and detailed electromagnetic sweep of the area.

 

Crews were also tasked with the mapping of large pipes owned by various irrigation districts. All designated utilities were surveyed and referenced into a topographic survey that was delivered to the client in a MicroStation format.
