Meeting the Challenge, Inc. (MTC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CP&Y, an STV company. Our accessibility group has the broad-based knowledge, resources, and affiliate network to support our in-house engineering and architectural staff as well as providing clients with solutions to their accessibility and compliance challenges under federal disability rights laws.

MTC has audited thousands of facilities for accessibility. Our comprehensive range of services can fulfill all the ADA accessibility efforts of any public or private entity. Our staff has been trained in all aspects of the ADA, including the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and Proposed Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way.

Our staff of experts has completed hundreds of ADA compliance projects and has enhanced their expertise by earning designations such as Certified Access Specialist (CASp), Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS), and Certified ADA coordinator. Our service group leaders were also members of standard-setting committees, since the inception of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including:
