We served as the lead firm on the NW Plano Park and Ride facility. The facility is located west of the Dallas North Tollway between Spring Creek Parkway and Tennyson Parkway. There are 563 parking spaces on approximately 10 acres and the site layout provides a future private development site fronting on the Dallas North Tollway. Project highlights for this $4 million dollar project are eight bus bays and transfer areas for seven buses and one paratransit vehicle.

The landscaped platform was enhanced with brick pavers and provided six pre-engineered bus shelters, an air-conditioned crew room, bicycle racks, and bench seating. All lights are LED lights including the parking lot and interior building lights. Other projects at the facility included the addition of three visual message boards, a generator for back-up power, security cameras, covered parking, architectural enhancements to the crew room,
and decorative bases for the light poles on the platform and throughout the parking area.
