Jason Wilder Joins CP&Y as Lead GIS Analyst

With over 19 years of experience in managing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects and staff, Jason Wilder, GISP is now a Lead GIS Analyst in the Environmental Planning and Permitting group at CP&Y.
Prior to joining CP&Y, Jason worked directly with federal, state, and local agencies as well as private sector clients to provide GIS-based decision support solutions for large-scale environmental assessment and site remediation projects. His work included architecting reliable GIS processes to manage large volumes of field-collected data and developing automated workflows for analysis and reporting. Jason has also worked on several national emergency responses to provide technical assistance and mapping support for disaster recovery operational planning and situational field activities.
At CP&Y, he will work closely across disciplines to design and implement GIS tools and related systems that meet the distinctive needs of CP&Y’s clients. His technical and planning skills will be key in leading our business development strategy through nurturing current relationships, building opportunities in new markets, and securing future work.
Jason's current focus is assisting our ADA Service group and wholly-owned subsidiary Meeting the Challenge, Inc. A CP&Y Company. They provide accessibility solutions for for clients and their communities. He plans to implement Esri’s ArcGIS technology stack to collect, analyze, and communicate complex ADA facility inspection data and accessibility concepts to our clients. Jason’s commitment to making geospatial data accessible, seamless, and informative will be integral in CP&Y’s mission to improve the built environment for people facing accessibility challenges.
