CP&Y Welcomes Eric Greenman as Senior Client Relations Leader

CP&Y, an STV Company, is pleased to welcome Eric Greenman, P.E., Vice President and Senior Client Relations Leader, to our Fort Worth Office.

Eric brings 24 years of advanced planning, final design, and construction experience. He specializes in the full suite of advisory services to clients during the life cycle of a project, from helping municipalities create projects, finding ways to secure funding, navigating through the environmental clearance process, designing and constructing projects, and up through project completion. Over the years Eric has also managed and designed 150+ miles and $2.5B in roadways throughout Texas for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

At CP&Y, Eric will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on identifying solutions to complex challenges and helping clients with their most pressing needs. For example, he worked with the Council of Governments (NCTCOG) through their Military-Community Planning program and local government planning processes to implement roadway improvements in Fort Worth and River Oaks, Texas. Other key past projects include civil site design for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection station in Oroville Washington; Design-Build projects in Arizona, Utah, and Texas; runway extension, terminal expansion, and taxiway design at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport; and transportation analysis for communities like the Town of Pecos City, Texas.

“Eric understands how to listen to clients’ needs and develop projects where others see obstacles,” said Shane Wade, CP&Y’s Director of Operations. “He brings an invaluable level of thought leadership to clients with planning and engineering services. He also sees the bigger picture and can passionately connect to core community needs and not just a project.”

Eric also highlighted the importance of a strategic view, noting the comprehensive lens through which to view projects. He is also very excited about the partnership with STV Inc., having known both CP&Y and STV for a long time. “This partnership brings so many possibilities. With two outstanding companies focused on excellent client service and a mission of helping communities, our cultures and mission are aligned,” said Eric. “Our leadership is also deeply committed to our mission. I couldn’t be more thrilled to join the team and see how we can help bring more value and growth to our clients and our communities.”

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
