CP&Y is pleased to welcome Richard Taylor, Construction Manager, to our Oklahoma City Water Group!
Richard brings over 12 years of experience in construction management services. His previous experience includes managing and supporting over $300 million of water and wastewater construction projects throughout Oklahoma and Texas. Richard brings a depth of diverse experience in constructing complex treatment, pump station and pipeline projects. This experience allows him to draw on his extensive knowledge to support our clients in construction management, constructability reviews, cost estimating and inspection services.
At CP&Y, Richard will work with both our engineers and field experts to expand our construction services in Oklahoma and Texas. He will lead construction services for some of CP&Y’s largest upcoming construction projects including the Oklahoma City South Canadian Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project and the Hefner Water Treatment Plant Lime System project. Having worked in both the construction industry as well as the engineering field, Richard brings a unique perspective that adds value to turnkey solutions and a full suite of services.
Richard graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design with a minor in Business.
