Our team provided engineering design services for site development of a 70-acre greenfield campus. The campus facilities included three buildings, secure employee parking, visitor parking, outdoor storage facility, walking track, and truck/delivery analysis. A detention facility was designed to include future expansion and use of approximately 20 acres of land. We also provided permitting services that required coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and two municipalities.
